YTAH THIRD QUARTERLY MEETING
The third quarterly meeting for 2013 of The Board of Directors of Yayasan Tun Abdul Hamid was convened by the Secretary, Ms Melissa Lee upon instruction by the Chairman, Encik Azizuddin bin Abdul Hamid on Monday 09th September 2013, in accordance with Section 38(a) of the Yayasan’s Articles of Association.
For the record, the usual matters pertaining to the ordinary business of the Yayasan were discussed at the meeting, including the allocation of charitable distributions to be made before the year-end.
