GIFTS FOR PERSATUAN KIOKU
Persatuan Interaksi Orang Kurang Upaya Kuala Lumpur & Selangor (KIOKU) had some of their office equipment irreparably damaged by lightning recently so the Yayasan decided to lend them a helping hand by presenting them with a brand new Hewlett Packard laptop computer & accessories as well a new Brother fax machine on 9th August 2012.

Chairman of Persatuan KIOKU, Mr. Chris Kali Thasan, accepted the items on behalf of the Persatuan from Yayasan Tun Abdul Hamid volunteer officer, Feisal bin Azizuddin, at the Persatuan’s premises in Taman Sentosa, off Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur. The Yayasan is also currently sponsoring the monthly rental of Persatuan KIOKU’s premises.
MALAYSIAN RED CRESCENT SOCIETY’S NEW CHARITY SHOP
The Malaysian Red Crescent Society moved into its new premises at recently and Friends of the Yayasan, led by Iskander bin Azizuddin took the opportunity to drop by their Charity Shop with several bags of usable household items and good quality clothing donated by various kind hearted individuals.

From time to time, Yayasan Tun Abdul Hamid receives donations of household items, toys, books and clothing and these are regularly distributed amongst various charitable organisations.
