YTAH MEETINGS
The 2nd Quarterly Board Meeting, followed by the Fourteenth Annual General Meeting, of Yayasan Tun Abdul Hamid were held at Bukit Tunku, Kuala Lumpur on Monday 13th June 2011.
At the AGM, Encik Azizuddin bin Tun Abdul Hamid, who retired as Director pursuant to Article 30 of the Yayasan’s Articles of Association was unanimously re-elected to the Board of the Yayasan. Encik Azizuddin continues as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Yayasan.
Tan Sri Dato’ Hj. Lamin bin Hj. Mohd. Yunus and Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Dr. Hj. Abdul Majid bin Ismail, who retired pursuant to the Companies Act, 1965, were unanimously re-appointed to the Board.
