YTAH FIFTEENTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The fifteenth Annual General Meeting of the Members of YAYASAN TUN ABDUL HAMID was held at the Meeting Room of the Royal Selangor Golf Club on 18th June 2012, immediately after the Board of Directors quarterly meeting stated below.
The Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2011 together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors therein were received and adopted unanimously by all the Members present.
Directors retiring pursuant to Section 129 of the Companies Act, 1965 were reappointed and Directors retiring in accordance with Article 20 of the Company’s Articles of Association were re-elected.
