YTAH SECOND QUARTERLY BOARD MEETING 2013 & SIXTEENTH AGM
YAYASAN TUN ABDUL HAMID held its second quarterly Board of Directors Meeting for 2013 at the Conference Room of The Royal Selangor Golf Club, Jalan Kelab Golf, 55000 Kuala Lumpur on Monday 10th June 2013.
The meeting focused primarily on an annual review of the investment performance by the Yayasan’s Asset Managers, Amanahraya Investment Management Sdn. Bhd. (Amanahraya) as regards the portfolio of investments placed by the Yayasan with Amanahraya. Amanahraya Investment Management Sdn. Bhd. General Manager (Marketing & Investment Services), Encik Rusli Abdul Yamin presented the Asset Managers investment performance report to the Board and briefed the Yayasan Chairman and Directors as to the various details highlighted in the report. Several investment strategies for the coming twelve months were also proposed by Encik Rusli representing Amanahraya, for the Yayasan Board’s consideration and approval, bearing in mind the Yayasan’s conservative and cautious approach with regard to its investments.

The Sixteenth Annual General Meeting of the Members of Yayasan Tun Abdul Hamid followed immediately after the conclusion of the quarterly Board of Directors Meeting so it was a very busy and productive morning for all concerned.
